My 2016 Homecoming

It's my third post and quite similar with the first one which is homecoming!

I'll spoil you some captured stuff during my one-month homecoming, it was relieving after I fought with my final year thesis and it was time to go home and met mom, sister, and my grown up son-in-low whom I usually call him "Nak" which is short for "Anak" or in English "Son". I already had one tho I hadn't married yet but who cares then LOL he grew quick than I expected and he was the naughtiest 4 years-old boy you can imagine. He was all about his world and sometime he did trouble at home. But, 4 years what you can expect then. I was cautious everytime he moved or played around home to make sure everything was running well. Notionally, he is mere expressive and wants to be a center of attention since he was the youngest in the family and the age gap is far. So he knows it and he becomes pamper a bit. I usually have my chat with him to deliver good thought and no idea he gets it or not but he always nods signaling positive. I always loved to take selfie with him since he was photogenic but most of time he knew I wanted it bad and he played hard to get. Yet I always ended up with insisted him by a soft yelling at him "come onnnn, you want it or not" then he merely laughed like satisfied bounced me up and down. Here collage photo come.

First One, he was expressive and nailed the pose. He was creative in making various poses and look at me, similar face expression LOL

Second, I intended to show you one but one ain't enough right! This was how we spent our time at home while securing mom did her chores, I mean cooking or nap.
Then another important thing to spell is, during my time there I visited Pariaman twice, a city next to Padang. First Lebaran Day (Moeslim Fasting Celebration of Holiday) then with my HS mates to visit Angso Duo Island. Both were different story. In Lebaran Day, my family, I mean my sister, drove there and we had some occasional family visit around and ended up to have lunch in Pantai Gandoriah, the most famous beach of the city. Unfortunately I didn't capture how it like the foods but later with my HS mates I did. It was a half-day visit because my sister had headache and had to rest before she worked the day after, plus the whole family left in Pariaman was few. Most of them had been out of city so we didn't spend much time here strolling around. We handed Mini Bika before heading back to Padang, it was delicious I guaranteed you.
The appearance of Mini Bika
Next with my HS mate. It was more freedom rather than with my family HAHA the foods was like this,
The best food ever, ever, and ever. I even could take aside my diet program while starring at these particular plates.

Hungry! And another best thing was it ain't pricey, so affordable for all kind of level. I love to have this information that everything lies in this city (both Padang and Pariaman) are cheap, that's why whoever gets their homecoming the first thing they catch is food. You couldn't imagine how cheap all of those plates. Not even more than 20k-30k Rupiahs (1.5-2.3 USD) but all you get was man's satisfaction. Heaven!

Then the island, we took a speed boat but with the scariest sea-journey ever because the wave was high with high speed wind. Along the trip, I kept myself prayed and didn't even think to capture photo or video. When you arrived, voila the island was white sand OMG. Lonely a bit but still some visitors there. This was the bridge you may meet at the gate.
First time here and it was all hypnotized since my first step.
Then similar with common beach hopping, we played with the sand, strolled around the island (The island was small but we stopped at point where we thought the best photo spot ever), and got wet. There was no significant attraction but banana boat. In the center of island, there were a lot of photo spot which had been decorated by local people and you paid nothing for that. Still, you might give donation into the box in each spot.

BTW for your travel information, we can reach Angso Duo Island by train from Padang to Pariaman with only 5k Rupiahs (0.38 USD, So affordable) and the departure time is around 8-9 in the morning. Yet, you may have another option by bus which has no departure time but you have to spend more money around 18-20k Rupiahs (1.3-1.5 USD). By train, it takes 1-2 hours before arriving to Pariaman and fortunately your station is in the beach of Gandoriah so you merely require to walk 5-10 minutes to the spot where can take you off to the island by paying 30-40k Rupiah (2.3-3 USD) for all-round trip back and forth. No island entrance payment (it's already said cheap by me) and you can enjoy the whole island while the boat will always waits you going back at the harbour. No time limit in enjoying paradise tho! But if you plan to have train back to Padang, you have to start in queue at 2pm and the train will take you back at 4pm because it's always full of heads who want to have the train. I personally recommend you to have bus going back to Padang so you can enjoy the island more without afraid of running out of train ticket. Not even more then 10 USD to enjoy all of virgin island and the food.
I love island and see, since the earlier of my age.

Tried to have some jumped-pose yet eventually failed HAHA candid.
Miss my time to have holiday and hope I can enjoy another beach near future. That's all and Ayo Jelajah Indonesia, Kenali Negerimu, Cintai Negerimu, Indonesia~
